TNRE is convinced our facilities will have a positive impact on property values in the area. Our facilities will bring a significant increase in property and sales tax revenue to reinvest in the community. Further, by creating an employment hubs we will create up to 50 well-paying, green jobs, at each facility that will provide individuals the opportunity to buy homes and raise their families in the communities they live in.
